Terms of Service

1. Who we are

sourex is operated by Content71 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you ("you") enter into a binding agreement with Content71.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use sourex you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. The service

sourex provides tools to help creators and operators track products, sales, and revenue milestones. We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
• send spam or unsolicited communications;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the service;
• scrape, mirror, or otherwise harvest data from the service without our written permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service, except as permitted by law;
• resell or redistribute the service or circumvent any technical limits.

6. Intellectual property

The service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and the sourex and Content71 brands, is owned by Content71 or its licensors and is protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

7. Payments, subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
