sourex is operated by Content71. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no need to explain why.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
- Open the order and use the refund option, or reply to the Paddle receipt email.
- Alternatively, contact our support through the in-app help and we will forward the request.
Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current billing period. If you cancel within the 30-day window above, you can still request a refund of that period.
Renewals after 30 days
After the initial 30-day window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, but we will always consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis — for example accidental renewals where the service was not used.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns in line with the Paddle Refund Policy.
